- Protection of live parts correct.
- No mechanical damage and painting acceptable.
- Check bus duct installation for facilitation of maintenance work.
- Bus duct location according to approved drawings and properly supported.
- Bus bars and connecting links tightened to specified torque and recorded.
- Movement and expansion catered for on all terminations.
- Check internals for cleanliness.
- Encapsulation of joints complete.
- Bus ducting clear of obstruction.
- Check insulation between phases and neutral. (___________MΩ)
- Check insulation resistance between earth and phases. (Test Voltage ___________V)
- Check earthing and verify earth path resistance. (___________Ω)
- Perform Ducter test across all bolted connections. (Record highest value ___________Ω)
- Installation drawings have been “Red Lined” as per the Project Completions Procedure.
