- Check name plate, labelling, ID tags and warning signs correct to drawings / data sheets.
- Holding down arrangement correct and secure as per manufactures specification.
- Confirm no mechanical damage, doors operate and seals undamaged.
- Earth bar and earthing correct and tight. Check earth path resistance. (_________________Ω)
- Confirm tightness of circuit wiring connections.
- All internal cabling and wiring correct and neat.
- Bus bars and connecting links tight.
- Phase identification correct.
- Check internals for cleanliness.
- Check manual operation of selector switch, MCB, push button, etc.
- Distribution schedule / circuit identification fitted inside board.
- Confirm spare cable entries are correctly sealed as per specification.
- Fuses / breakers correct size and undamaged.
- Glanding correct (type, size, installation) and approved grease applied.
- Heaters correctly installed, measure & record insulation resistance. (_________________ MΩ)
- Confirm isolation locking mechanisms functional.
- Confirm all covers / bolts are of correct type and fitted.
- Installation drawings have been “Red Lined” as per the Project Completions Procedure.
- Check insulation resistance between earth and phases and phases to phases. (Test Voltage _________________V)
