1. Check if there is any factory punch list for the transformer.
2. Check the transformer type and rating.
3. Check the equipment visually.
4. Check if the transformer is clean and free from dust or debris.
5. Check the tapping position.
6. Check any protection cover.
7. Check transformer wheel installation.
8. Check all lugs are properly crimped and bolted.
9. Necessary tagging and labeling are done as per project specifications.
10. Check the transformer installation location.
11. Check the dry type distribution transformer layout properly coordinated with other building services.
12. Check that there are no missing/damaged parts in the installations.
