- Check the shop drawing is approved.
- Check the method statement is approved.
- Check the materials are approved.
- Check the material types & sizes are correct.
- Check the materials comply with specifications and codes.
- Check the field equipment are properly installed as per approved shop drawings.
- Check proper cable terminations are done and there is no loose connection at the field devices & at the control panel.
- Check tagging and labeling are done as per project specifications.
- Termination of the field equipment are done as per wiring diagram of the manufacturer.
- Check all lugs are properly crimped and bolted.
- Check the completeness of all the device installation.
- Check that there are no missing/damaged parts on the installation.
- System is ready for pre-testing.
